I worked with the HH Dalai Lama Press Office to obtain the permission for an interview for three months. Finally, I was granted a 20 minute interview. I had to prepare the questions and present them beforehand. I thought to myself – what happen if HH Dalai Lama answers my six questions faster than 20 minutes? Will we sit in silence in front of the camera? So I decided to prepare more questions. I was advised to use simple English.

HH Dalai Lama allowed me to ask him all my questions. He gave me a 40 minute interview. It was the best interview I had had in my life.
